Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta until al dente, drain.
- Brown ground beef in olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add marinara and simmer 5 mins.
- Mix cooked pasta, ricotta, and half of mozzarella. Combine with beef mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover and bake 25 mins.
- Remove foil, bake 15 mins until bubbly and golden. Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
