Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crumb topping ingredients, add melted butter, and chill.
- Prepare apple filling with cinnamon and sugar.
- Mix bread batter ingredients, then layer half in pan, add apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Add cheesecake layer, then remaining batter, apples, and topping. Bake 55-70 mins.
- Cool, then drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Notes
Cover loosely with foil if top browns too quickly during baking.
