Method
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mixing until well combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cheesecake to set completely.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
