  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and peanut butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan (approximately 8x8 inches).
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of salt.
