  • 1 cup Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Add coconut milk and vanilla; stir until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Prepare other recipes as desired following similar batch methods.
  5. Allow dishes to cool, then portion and store in the freezer for easy access.
