Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease pans, add parchment, and prepare batter.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Puree bananas and combine with eggs, sugar, and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix.
- Divide batter into pans and bake for 22-27 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
- Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and maple syrup until smooth. Spread frosting between layers and over the cake. Decorate with sprinkles.
