Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powders, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat in eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until combined.
- Divide batter between pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cakes in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
- Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting. Decorate as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chocolate shavings or sprinkles on top.
