Ingredients
  

Proteins
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 lb beef chops
  • 1 lb salmon fillets
Carbohydrates
  • 2 cups rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cups pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 package tortellini
Vegetables & Canned Goods
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
Eggs & Dairy
  • 1 dozen eggs

Method
 

  1. Cook proteins (beef, chicken, turkey, shrimp, salmon, beef chops), cool, and freeze in portions.
  2. Cook rice, pasta, and tortellini; cool and freeze in meal-sized portions.
  3. Prepare vegetables, beans, tomatoes, and sauce; divide into freezer bags and freeze.
  4. Portion shredded cheese and eggs; freeze for quick use.
  5. Combine ingredients as needed for quick meals from frozen.
